  • We offer DTF printing services, including custom designs and pre-set templates.

  • All products are made to order. Slight variations in color, size, and print quality may occur due to the nature of the printing process.

4. Order Process

  • Orders are placed through our Shopify store.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless explicitly approved by our team.

  • Ensure all design files uploaded meet our quality and resolution requirements. We are not responsible for low-quality prints resulting from low-resolution files.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout through the payment options provided in Shopify.

  • Taxes and shipping fees are calculated during checkout and included in the final price.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship products using Shopify’s integrated shipping services.

  • Shipping timelines vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only provided for defective or incorrect items.

  • Claims for defective or incorrect items must be made within 2 days of delivery. Contact us at online@dtfprintdc.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You represent and warrant that any design or content uploaded does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order containing prohibited or offensive content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
